Permitted 

• Any solid color or patterned top 
• Short or long sleeves
• RMES spirit wear

Not Permitted

• Low-cut, midriff-revealing or baggy shirts
• Clothing depicting weapons, alcohol or drug use
• Sleeveless or racerback shirts 
• See-through material of any kind

Permitted 

• Pants, capris, shorts, skirts, skorts & jumpers
  • Length must be lower than the fingertips when standing
• Jeans
• Leggings
  • Must be worn under skirt/skort/jumper/dress
• Jogging pants and sweatpants 

Not Permitted

• Short shorts/daisy-dukes
• Bike, workout or dance shorts 
• Pants that sag below the waist
• Cut-offs without a hem
• Holes, rips or tears above the knee
• See-through material of any kind

Permitted

• Sweater, light fleece, sweatshirt, hoodies or cardigans
• Shoes must have a back (safety issue)

Not Permitted

• Heavy coats worn throughout the school day
• Hoods worn on head
• Headphones/AirPods (when not in use for class)
• Hats and other headwear (exemptions made for religious head coverings)
• House shoes or slides (safety issue)
• Sunglasses

Heavy coats and hats may be worn into school but must be placed in lockers during the day.

ClassLink - Student Sign On

ClassLink is the online portal for students to access all district, school and Microsoft 365 apps they will need to be successful through the school year. Students will need to remember their Microsoft 365 login information. 

Schoology is an online classroom for teachers and students. Teachers may post classroom materials and resources. Grades are also available for students to view. Students will use their Microsoft 365 login to access Schoology.

Limitless Libraries allows you to check out books from the Nashville Public Library and have them delivered to you at Ruby. See Ms. Mitchell for more information.
